setup procedure

The typical setup begins with a memo or email that is distributed to all employees introducing your new health and stress reduction program of on-site massage therapy, detailing sign-up procedure and upcoming date(s) of service.

A sign-up list is made available for employees. The list is divided into 10, 15, 20, or 30 minute time slots, as provided by Seattle Sunshine massage. Appointments are made through a company designated contact person. (This is usually a receptionist or administrative assistant.)

As a reminder, a general voice or email is sent to employees, first thing on massage day with their appointment times.

The therapist frequents the company weekly or bi-weekly, and usually sets up the massage chair in a centrally located conference room or private area to promote relaxation.
